George Laidis


George Laidis is a chef with several years of international culinary experience, working with many restaurants across the globe, from Washington D.C., Russia, Copenhagen, Mykonos to Athens. He is also a co-owner and executive chef in the award-winning meat restaurant Steak Alive in Athens, Greece. Among others he is also working as a private chef in Yachts, hotels and private events upon request.

His aim is to explore all the gastronomic possibilities of the domestic ingredients, by combining classical with current techniques in order to serve unforgettable experiences.
